Something's brewing this weekend in Philipsburg
Beer, beer and more beer is coming to Philipsburg, Montana this coming weekend!
With the rising popularity of craft beers, local brewers in Montana who are passionate about what they do will delight in sharing their tasty beverages at this year’s 4th Annual Brew Fest. So put on your party hats it’s, going to be a fun weekend!

Philipsburg’s Winterfest kicks of Saturday, February 13th with a chili feed at the Old Fire Hall from 2-6 p.m. with music, food, beer and pop. An entertaining event taking place from 2-4 p.m. is human bowling at the Ice Rink with two or three person teams. That sounds like a must see to me! Cost is $2 and all proceeds go to benefit the rink.
Boat races take place at Winninghoff Park with 2-5 persons to a team … costumes optional! A variety of boats are welcome - aluminum, canoes, kayaks, inflatable and mystery. Bring your own boat, rope or helmet. If anyone would like to donate for boat races they are encouraged to contact Gem Mountain at 859-4367.

Brewfest will commence at noon and will go until 5 p.m. at the Old Fire Hall in downtown Philipsburg. Participating brewers will be Backroads Cider, Bitter Root Brewing, Blackfoot River Brewing, Draught Works, Headframe Distillery, Kalispell Brewing Co., Lolo Peak Brewing, Montgomery Distillery, Ten Mile Creek and of course the much loved Philipsburg Brewing Co. The cost will be $30 – commemorative glass & unlimited pours.
This event is just one of the many additions to Philipsburg’s allure that has made it a sought out destination and great place to live. Those who come never want to leave. I’m not only selling homes, I’m selling the area, you’re home sweet home. I want my clients to love where they live!
